This book brings together nine compositions shaped by Eastern melodic thinking, contemporary jazz language, and an improvisational approach to form and rhythm. Seven of the pieces originate from the album Dancing Shadows, while two additional works expand and complement its musical landscape.At the heart of these compositions are short, poetic melodic ideas—minimal in material yet open in direction.
